'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Found on 17 Sept. by Diana Doyle, Minnehaha Creek just E of L. Hiawatha in S. Minneapolis. On 22 Sept. Susan Fall and I found it at 7:30 a.m. with 7 Black-crowned Night-Herons (4 ad., 3 juv.) roosting in trees on N side of creek, 50 yards W of 28th Ave. The best view was from the S creek bank (47th St.), viewed N.
