'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

This adult "Kumlien's" Iceland Gull, distinctive with a clean white head and dark eye, has been present in the Hastings, MN/Prescott, WI area since 18 Dec. 2010. What is probably the same bird was seen by others earlier in Dec. in South St. Paul. Today it was on Lake Rebecca, Hastings, along with about 30 Herring Gulls, one 1st-winter Thayer's Gull, and a 2nd-winter gull that appears to be a Thayer's-Kumlien's intergrade (also present for several weeks).
