'Casual' in Minnesota - First record for Sherburne County in the Fall season

I returned to home about 7:30 am and spotted what appeared possibly to be an eagle atop a tall dead oak tree about 150 feet away on the edge of a willow marsh. The telephoto lens confirmed instead this bird. After about an hour it flew off, and I have not seen it since. We are about 10 miles NE of Sherburne NAt'l Wildlife Refuge.
