Uncommon in Lake of the Woods County in the Winter season

Baudette CBC had a number of GGOW. This one was hunting a field near Carp, MN. Found by several participants for whom it put on a good show, alternately sitting atop a power pole and swooping down to pounce on unlucky field residents.
