'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Le Sueur County for the Fall season

Found by Chad Heins along T-140 just east of CR 21 south of Kasota. This morning the bird was readily singing mostly on the south side of the road. Photo taken in heavy fog.
