At 2:30 Scott Meyer located this Snowy Owl at the MSP Airport. The owl was sitting on a building near the UPS facility parking lot on Cargo Road. The owl was on the southeast corner of the building and could be best viewed in the southwest corner of the UPS parking lot. Click here for a map to the location.
