Occasional in Dakota County in the Spring season

I accidently photographed this Blck-billed Cuckoo (couldn't tell what it was) while walking the trail running north (by the river) at the southern boundary of Murphy-Hanrahan Park, on Mother's Day. It was approximately 300 yards north of the gravel road. It's not much of a photo, but good enough for an ID. There were also several Magnolia and Tennessee Wabrlers in the area, and Great Crested Kingbirds.
