Black-necked Stilt in Hennepin County

'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Spring season

I believe initially seen by Sue Plankiss and Dave McIntosh. The Black-necked Stilt was initially seen from the observation dock before flying a little ways west. It was then more visible from an opening in the woods along the path, which is where this picture was taken. The Stilt was sticking closely to the grass going back and forth.
