'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Crow Wing County for the Spring season

Possible Cinnamon Teal observed in the flooded fields on the east side of CR 21 5 miles south of Business 371 south of Brainerd, MN I have received an opinion that this could be a hybrid Blue-winged X Cinnamon Teal - would like more feedback.
