Uncommon in St. Louis County in the Summer season

I am a visiting birder from Seattle. I was at Sax-Zim bog on June 16, and I saw at least 5 Dickcissels: 3 singing males and 2 females. They were on the west side of CR-29, just south of Watsula Rd (CR-747) but north of Dart Rd at 9:45am. I watched them for half an hour at close range through my spotting scope, and took several photos by hand-holding my small point & shoot camera up to the scope. Bruce Fall recommended that I upload this poor but diagnostic photo to this site. (PS - 110K is a ridiculously small image size for bird photography!)
