'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Fall season

Photographed on Sunday October 7 at the public restroom building at the McQuade Public Boat Landing along Scenic Hwy. 61. The phoebe was originally found by Kim Eckert's MBW along the wall near the car tunnel and was later relocated by Peder Svingen and myself at the public restroom building that same day.
