'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Washington County for the Spring season

Found by Bill Lickty at 2:00 PM gull was refound at 3:00 PM sitting on ice near water just North of the bridge with Ring-billed and Herring Gulls. With Doug Kieser, Chris and John Hockema.
