'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Lake County for the Spring season

This adult Lesser Black-backed Gull was seen briefly at Agate Bay in Two Harbors on April 20th. Efforts to relocate it later in the day and the next day were unsuccessful.
