Occasional in Hennepin County in the Fall season

I let my friend Matt Seefeldt use my trail camera to guard a deer torso in the Minnetonka area, he came up with this image. I think this is an immature goshawk. I was a bit surprised that it would be this far south. Your thoughts? Thanks Mark Palas
