Pileated Woodpecker in Hennepin County

Common in Hennepin County in the Winter season

The Pileated woodpecker flew into our backyard about 15 minutes ago (2:00PM 1/11/09) and landed in our backyard oak tree. We live in Hopkins on the corner of hwy 7 and 21st. The last time I saw on in our yard was 1 1/2 yrs ago.
