Occasional in Hennepin County in the Spring season

This is the bird at Boom Island in Minneapolis reported on MOU-NET last Saturday. Late afternoon today it was on the east bank of the river near the south end of Boom Island Park. Periodically it would drift into the channel between Boom Island Pk. and Nicollet Island and then fly back into the main channel of the river.
