'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dodge County for the Summer season

This is the bird reported last weekend by Roy Zimmerman in St. Margaret Cemetery in Mantorville. Kevin Smith and I found it singing in the trees along the east perimeter of the cemetery.
