Occasional in Hennepin County in the Fall season

Bright morning sunlight when looking from the Old Cedar Bridge platform washes out a photograph but this wading Willet utilized the extensive mudflats which did provide good unobstructed views. This birds overall drab appearance distinguished itself in short flights revealing its bold striking wing pattern.
