'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Spring season

This immature bird made three brief appearances in my yard the afternoon of Mar 25. Photograph taken through double-pane window about 8 m away. Note dark gray tones of neck and breast, yellow-gold concentrated at forehead, and two-tone (gray above, pale below) bill. Strong west winds blew most of day.
