'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Winter season

This first-cycle California Gull showed up at Canal Park in Duluth on 21 December 2014, the latest date for Minnesota. This is the same individual that was present at the Superior Entry and Wisconsin Point on 19-22 October 2014, but no one had seen it for two months! Details of the upper tail covert pattern taken 21 December 2014 at Canal Park exactly match photos taken by Peder Svingen at Wisconsin Point 19 October 2014 (https://www.flickr.com/photos/cochon/14992676513/in/photostream/), but the bird shows a lot of wear since October, especially in the tertials and upper wing coverts
