'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Winter season

Second county record (the first, in June 1990, was the first record for the state). First found by Andrew Smith as part of the Hastings CBC, the bird is visiting feeders at the southwest corner of 197th and Orr, south of Hastings. (Per the homeowners request, please view this bird from the road.)
