'Casual' in Minnesota - First record for Nobles County in the Spring season
Dedrick Benz and Chris O'Byrne found a Prairie Warbler in Nobles county around 2006 Jun 4, 11:00 a.m. in a farm grove nine-tenths of a mile north of the junction of state Hwy. 91 on Cty. Rd. 19. This is north of the town of Ellsworth in the southwestern part of the county. Benz said that they were driving slowly listening for Blue Grosbeaks when they heard the Prairie Warbler singing. They did some pishing and it came in nearby and gave them great looks.
