'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Olmsted County for the Spring season

Burrowing Owl that was at the Rochester Airport. Chris Benson took the photos on May 20th from a distance of 20 - 30 yards. Chris indicates that the security is still just very tight, in other words, there isn't any access to the bird unless you stand in the parking lot of Rochester Aviation at night and listen for the bird, and perhaps get lucky and see it fly up to the top of a light stanchion. You run the risk of having the friendly local law enforcement officer ask you to leave the premises. The bird has now apparently left the area.
