Uncommon in Dakota County in the Spring season

On 24 and 25 June there was a singing male Black-throated Green Warbler at Murphy-Hanrehan Park, Dakota Co. Bruce Fall first found him 200 yards SSE of trail marker #9 on 24 June (morning). By that afternoon he had moved 350 yds. NE, where he remained through 25 June (mid afternoon). This location is 100 yds. NW of marker #6, where he appears to have established a territory.

Jim Mattsson relocated him on Tuesday morning (6-27) in the same place that he was on Sat. afternoon, 6-24, through Sunday 6-25 (NW of marker #6).
