Black-legged Kittiwake in St. Louis County

'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Winter season

A Black Legged Kittiwake was observed this afternoon at Canal Park. Bruce Munson and Tom Malone found it and I arrived shortly after. I would be interested to compare photos of the previous individuals last month to see if the leg color is the same as this one?
