'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Spring season

Reported earlier today at Schaars Bluff around 10:30 AM. Spotted immediately when I arrived at 1:00 PM. Seen by multiple birders. Chasing insects in grassy field between entrance and sand piles.
