'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Spring season

Little Blue Heron found by Laura Erickson on the 15th. Eating large tadpole. Duluth's Western Waterfront Trail along the St. Louis River estuary. This photo was taken just 50 yards to the right of the public parking area at the intersection of 72nd Ave W and Milford St.
