'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Frank Nicoletti found the bird near Sky Harbor airport on Minnesota Point in Duluth. Jan Kraemer refound and photographed the bird at 43rd Street on Minnesota Point in Duluth. Many people and dogs on the beach kept the bird moving.
