'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Originally found by Victor Lewis. On urban pond near Greenbrier Apartments on north side of Greenbrier Rd. in Minnetonka. The plumage on this adult looked a little ratty and worn, as did the bill, but it behaved normal. Perhaps it's just a late summer thing.
