'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Blue Earth County for the Fall season

This male has been found for the last month west of Minneopa State Park south of Hwy 68 along 216th Street (a location where this species has been pretty regular in the past). He spends time around the DOT quarry and the draw west of the grassy field west of there.
