Occasional in Carver County in the Fall season

LeConte's Sparrow at the WMA SW of Tiger Lake in Carver County, just west of Norwood Young America, and just north of Hwy 212, photographed on Oct. 6. The bird has been previously reported by Andrew Nyhus, Julie Winter Zempel, John Jonas, Richard Gotz, and others. A number of this species were observed.
