Ross's Goose in Hennepin County

Occasional in Hennepin County in the Spring season

To my surprise and delight I observed 2 Ross's Geese out in the middle of Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis for five minutes before they took flight with three Canada Geese and disappeared. Their small stubby bill with a bluish base, straight border and no grin patch was easily seen.
