Occasional in Rice County in the Spring season

At the Dennison WTP this afternoon. (As Adam Roesch pointed out to me after I posted the photo, the bird appears to be a Snow Goose x Ross's Goose hybrid. In fact, it was relatively large compared with the Canada Geese in the area.)
