'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Spring season

There is no NORTHERN FULMAR option, so this was the only way to post it. Found by the Beach House on Park Point, Duluth, MN this morning, it was predated by PEFA within the hour as the bird was very fresh despite the frigid temps. I found it deceased.
