Painted Bunting in Rice County

'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Rice County for the Spring season

This bird is visiting some feeders at a private home near Cannon City. Gene Bauer and I were there this afternoon and saw the bird twice within a period of about 40". The homeowners saw it first on Monday, so this would be the third day. They said it would be fine to invite other birders to stop there to see it. I will post specifics regarding the location on MOU-NET.
