'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Fall season

This is the Blue Grosbeak found by Tom Tustison near the Flying Cloud airport. Other birders have reported a female in this location as well. I may have seen her in flight, but I had good views only of the male.
