'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Lake County for the Fall season

Found in Two Harbors along the old fenceline to the west of the Edna G. tugboat at Agate Bay. Rusty brown upperparts, buffy tan unstreaked underparts, bold white eyestripe, and dark curved bill.
