'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Goodhue County for the Winter season

I took this photo early Monday morning from Colvill Park, when the light was still fairly low. The bird was a fair distance out on the river, hanging out with a Canvasback and Redhead. A few minutes later, the three of them took off and headed downriver.
