'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Goodhue County for the Spring season

Was in both Dakota and Goodhue counties as it moved around the lake early in the day. Found by Justin and Annabelle Watts. Far out at times, but eventually the best viewing was found from the Goodhue county boat launch at 44.5157, -92.9884.
