'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Marshall County for the Spring season

A pair of Cinnamon Teal were displaying this morning at the Agassiz Valley Flood Control Project east of Warren, Minnesota. They were first spotted over the weekend by Hollie Cheney. I photographed the pair this morning - they were doing the head-bobbing display and the male chased-off a male Blue-winged Teal.
