'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Kandiyohi County for the Spring season

I found this bird on 180th St. just north of Co. Rd. 23. There are gravel pits on both sides of 180th St. and the bird was toward the north end of the pits, heard and seen from the road. This is south of Atwater. Second county record.
