'Rare Regular' in Minnesota
My son Henry got me an early Father's Day Present finding this juvenile Yellow-crowned Night Heron at the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park above the boardwalk at 45.130103, -93.305180. He noticed it flush when he clapped his hands loudly (for no reason), and persisted with me that he saw something and we should keep looking. He finally saw it and pointed it out to me right as we were about to leave.
