Uncommon in Hennepin County in the Winter season

First sighted by Laurel Severns Guntzel on a garage roof in the 4100 block of 21st Avenue South in South Minneapolis. Approximately 1 mile north of lake Nokomis. The bird spent most of the afternoon on the garage roof and was still there as darkness fell.
