Uncommon in Polk County in the Fall season
One of several dozen Bobolinks found today at the Parnell flood-control impoundment ~10 miles N of Crookston. There was a minimum of about 40 of these late-lingering migrants present, but they were difficult to count as they actively moved through the vegetation, and there easily could have been over 100 of them in all. There was also an unusually late Dickcissel (possibly 2) among these Bobolinks.
