Despite the falling snow, we decided it was time to take a lunch break and check a few new spots with the hope of scoters here in Hubbard county. Right away, at the very first spot we chose to visit... we found SURF SCOTERS! At the north end of Garfield Lake in Laporte. A first Hubbard county record.
