Hermit Thrush in Rice County

Occasional in Rice County in the Winter season

The thrush has been in my yard in Northfield for over one week now. It feeds throughout each day on suet, black oiler sunflower seed found on the ground, and berries off of a winterberry shrub. It appears to have damage to it's left wing, as one feather stands erect, yet it flies from trees to feeding area with no difficulty.
