'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Isanti County for the Winter season

During the Cedar Creek Bog CBC on December 16th, Joe Sausen, Jim Rataczak, Dan Green, and Melissa Hein found a male Mountain Bluebird associating with two Eastern Bluebirds in Isanti Co. Location is a half mile east of Hwy 65 and 261st Avenue on Hastings Street NE, just north of the electric substation.
