Uncommon in Washington County in the Spring season

Horned grebe - Found at Carver Lake Park in Woodbury, (3175 Century Avenue) The bird was feeding in the bay at the SW corner of the lake. Access to that part of the lake is down the stairway just west of the main parking lot.
