'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Nicollet County for the Spring season

Two birds flushed with large flock of ducks at WMA 1 mile north of Nicollet on east side of Hwy. 111. The bird in the upper right is clearly an adult White-faced in breeding plumage, but the identity of the trailing bird in the lower left is unknown.
