tember 2007. MOURC members review-
ing documentation and voting during this

• Barrow’s Goldeneye (Bucephala is-
landica), 19 January – 1 February 2007,
Mississippi River near Prescott Island,
Dakota County (record #2007-004, vote
7–0).
• Barrow’s Goldeneye, 26 March – 11
April 2007, Kabekona Narrows, Leech
Lake, Cass County (record #2007-013, vote
7–0).
Both goldeneye records were of adult
males and both birds were photographed.
• Neotropic Cormorant (Phalacrocorax
brasilianus), 9–18 May 2007, Diamond
Lake, Minneapolis, Hennepin County (re-
cord #2007-025, vote 7–0).
Fourth state record, but the first to be
found in spring. Photographed.
• Tricolored Heron (Egretta tricolor),
5–8 June 2007, Black Rush Lake Water-
fowl Production Area, Lyon County (re-
cord #2007-038, vote 7–0).
• Glossy Ibis (Plegadis falcinellus), 29
April – 1 May 2007, southwest of Madi-
son, Lac Qui Parle County (record #2007-
020, vote 7–0).
Adult in alternate plumage, photo-
graphed. Third state record.
• White-faced Ibis (Plegadis chihi), 29
